I created Innovative Coaching because I’ve seen how many brilliant women feel stuck — not because they lack skill, but because they lack support. I’ve mentored countless dentists, specialists, and orthodontists who were overwhelmed, doubtful, intimidated by complex cases, or afraid to speak with authority. They didn’t need another CE course. They needed someone who believed in them, guided them, and gave them a safe place to grow.

1. What’s the difference between 1:1 Mentorship and a Case Consult?
1:1 Mentorship gives you ongoing, personalized support for your growth as a clinician and leader — not just your cases. We work on confidence, communication, mindset, leadership, and clinical clarity over time.
A Case Consult is a one-time deep dive into a specific case where you need immediate clarity, direction, or a second set of expert eyes.
If you want long-term growth, choose mentorship.
If you want clarity on a single case, choose a consult.
2. Do you only coach orthodontists, or do you help general dentists too?
I work with women across dentistry — orthodontists, general dentists, pediatric dentists, and specialists.
If you’re treating orthodontic cases, aligner cases, interdisciplinary cases, or simply want more confidence and clarity in your clinical decisions, you’re welcome here.
3. I’m early in my career and feel embarrassed to ask questions. Is this normal?
Absolutely — and you’re not alone.
This is a safe, judgment-free space. My role is to support you, not evaluate you. You’re encouraged to bring your doubts, mistakes, uncertainties, and “I should probably already know this” questions.
This is mentorship, not assessment.
4. How do I know if I’m ready for mentorship?

5. What types of cases can I bring to you?
Any case — from simple to the most complex.
I regularly help clinicians with:

- Surgical vs. non-surgical considerations
- Cases previously deemed “too difficult” or “not possible” with aligners

6. How quickly can I get help on a case?
Case Consults are typically available with quick turnaround, depending on schedule availability.
For 1:1 mentorship and monthly consult packages, we establish a consistent rhythm so you always know when your next session is — and you never feel left waiting or unsupported.
